Mercy Road Church is led by a co-pastor team who share spiritual authority and a unified vision, while serving in distinct and complementary roles. Together, they are committed to biblical faithfulness, spiritual health, and loving God’s people well.
Justin Mason| Co-Pastor
Pastor Justin Mason serves as Co-Pastor at Mercy Road Church, providing oversight in missional focus and biblical clarity. He is passionate about leading the church with conviction, helping Mercy Road stay faithful to Scripture while moving forward in obedience to God’s mission.
Justin brings a builder’s mindset to leadership—developing systems, structures, and guiding the church through seasons of kingdom focus. His heart is to see the church strong in truth, clear in purpose, and equipped to make disciples.
Family & Education: Justin has been married to Kendra for 19 years, and they have four children: Jaxon (17), Knox (14), Paxton (11), and Phoenix (6). He has been in ministry for over 20 years, holds an MBA from Murray State, and earned a Doctorate of Education and Leadership from Southern Seminary.
He believes healthy churches are led with clarity, courage, and deep dependence on Jesus Christ.
Nathan Rogers | Co-Pastor
Pastor Nathan Rogers serves as Co- Pastor at Mercy Road Church, giving focused leadership to pastoral care, passionate evangelism, and relational health. He has a deep passion for walking with people through every season of life and helping them grow in their relationship with Christ.
Nathan leads with a shepherd’s heart—developing leaders, restoring the hurting, and fostering unity within the church family. His desire is for every person at Mercy Road to feel known, cared for, and connected to both Christ and community.
Family & Education: Nathan has been married to Jill for 27 years. They have two children— Sarah (married to Drew)—and Jonathan (married to Macy) with one grandchild, Jett. Nathan has been in the preaching ministry for 32 years. He graduated from Mid-Continent University and also attended Southern Seminary.
He believes the church thrives when love, grace, and genuine relationships are at the center.
Leading Together
Together, Justin and Nathan lead Mercy Road Church with shared authority, mutual trust, and one unified voice. Their complementary roles allow the church to be both mission-focused and people-centered, as they follow Jesus Christ, the Chief Shepherd of the Church
Meet Our Worship Elder
Josh Bryant has been part of Mercy Road since 2021 and began leading worship shortly after joining the church. Passionate about honoring God through music, he brings his love for worship and years of experience to every service. In addition to leading worship, he plays several instruments, writes music, and serves as one of our elders. Outside of ministry, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife, their three adult children, and doting on his grandchildren. His heart for worship and family is a true blessing to our church community.

Bruce has been serving at Mercy Road since its beginning. Bruce is passionate about making everyone feel welcome. He enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his new granddaughter.

Ricky has been serving at Mercy Road since 2020. Ricky serves as an elder and is a part of our worship team. He enjoys crossfit and spending time with his wife and daughters.
